He was very thorough with explaining who Bison Roofing is, what they stand for, and what they offer. A detailed video of our roof inspection was provided along with the presentation and it was such an awesome educational experience for my wife and I. Manny was so easy and comfortable to talk to. I had a great experience working with Bison Roofing. From start to finish, their team was professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with. When I first received my estimate, Manny was very informative and took the time to explain the entire process, show us the materials being used, and answer all of our questions. He made sure we understood what to expect before the project even started.

Throughout the project, their communication was excellent. They recorded videos of the work being done and kept me informed during each step of the process, which gave me confidence and peace of mind knowing exactly what was happening with my roof.

The on-site foreman, Joel, was also very helpful throughout the entire project. Once the job was completed, he walked the property with me, inspected the finished roof, made sure everything was finalized properly, and took the time to ask if I had any questions or concerns about the project.

The quality of the roofing work was excellent, and the crew was respectful of my property and cleaned up after completing the job. They also went above and beyond by leaving a thoughtful small gift at the end of the project, which was a nice personal touch.

Manny came out for a FREE consultation of roof repairs that I am trying to get done. I have not had them service the actual repair itself as of yet, but he was very informative and helpfully answered any questions I had at the moment and any that may come up in the future. He also explained how the adjuster and insurance should be communicating with me their end of the this process. Everything was handled very professionally.
